The Kindergarden
The Kindergarden is placed in the centar of town, The Pavlinovićeva bb street. Central Building has eleven educationall groupss of basic programms. One of them is programm on English languagee for children from 4 to 6 years. This programm exsists since 1993.
Aim of that programm is to develop sensibility of the children for the foreignn language. The programm of learning english includes all educational areas. The children attend this program for two to three years. In first year they learn basic of language and in the second and third year they spread and enrich their vocabulary. The topics they are learning about are:
- Me andd my body
- My family
- My enviroment
- Animals
- My house
- Traffic
- Seasons
With that plann and programm.m we encourage all developing areas like: physical development, social and emotional development, cogniotive development, development of speech and development of creativity. We learn english using it situationally and in everyday communication. Occasionally the childernm native speakers attend this group.
The teachers have international certificates in English (FCE, CAE).; - The price for citizans is 800 kunas (400,00 + 400,00). The ptice for foreigners is 1.900 kunas (1.500,00 +400,00).
